Recipe selection and creation for your specific tastes/preferences and health goals, grocery store/farmers market tours, and private cooking classes. I also work with individuals working to make transitions in their diet, such as removing gluten, grains, soy or dairy, and those interested in learning to follow a new diet direction, such as paleo or vegetarian.
One-On-One Sessions:
With weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we work together to educate you on what shifts you can start making in your daily routine (both with food and lifestyle changes) to help restore your body to optimal health. There is no one-size-fits-all plan, it is all about learning to listen to your body, and your unique needs. I can offer you accountability, education, guidance with all of the overwhelming and misinformation out there, and most importantly- individualized care and connection.
Grocery Store/Farmer’s Market Tour:
Learn how to read ingredient labels, what items to purchase organic and why, easy snack and meal ideas, and budget saving shopping tips.
Cooking Classes:
Need someone to show you how to cook? Starting from scratch? Let me teach you simple and delicious, nutrient-dense meals that your whole family will love. Have dietary restrictions or faced with eliminating foods that you consider staples to your diet? Learn great alternatives and new ways of preparing meals. If you simply want someone to help you prepare healthy meals for the week, we can work together, making the most of your health even with your busy schedule.
