Laura Folkes
laura@laurabfolkes.com, (312) 373-9275
Her work: Laura is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who helps people get to the bottom of why they self-sabotage and fall off track so they can eat for nourishment instead of other reasons. She helps clients identify the familiar patterns keeping them stuck so they can radically transform their relationship with food.
Her clients: Laura's clients know what they should be eating but have a hard time sticking with it and they're not sure why. They are tired of obsessing about food and are ready to free up some of their brain space to focus on more important things. They can be disciplined in many areas of their life but haven't been able to figure out this "food thing." They're ready to get to the bottom of what's taking them off track so they can finally experience sustainable results.

Aby Fewel
Her work: She is a body-positive dietitian that provides one on one nutrition counseling. In the pursuit of health, it's easy to get trapped by diet culture messages that make us think we need to change our body size or restrict our favorite foods. I help clients make daily food choices that support their health goals without judgment and without rigid rules. All foods offer nourishment. You can eat a balance of nutrition-dense foods and less nutrient-dense foods that bring joy while still pursuing health.
Her clients: She likes to work with clients who feel stuck when it comes to making food choices. When managing a health condition or seeking to improve general health, the available nutrition information can be overwhelming! I like to work with clients who are eager to sort through that information to find what will work best for them in their pursuit of health. As an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, most of my clients have this care covered 100% by insurance.

Taylor Wessel
taylor@tayloredhealth4you.com, (847)-721-1554
Her work: She helps women struggling with burnout, adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism rebalance their hormones to increase energy, lose weight, sleep better, decrease inflammation and get ahold of sugar cravings once and for all. Her philosophy is: healthy should NOT be boring or restrictive and doesn't look the same for every person. In one-on-one (virtual) coaching sessions, she uses a 'taylored' approach to help her clients establish new (healthy) habits that are easy, approachable and (most importantly) sustainable - small steps, BIG results!
Her clients: Her ideal client is a busy, stressed out woman who feels like she "doesn't have time to prioritize her health" yet is sick and tired of feeling sick, tired, puffy, sleepless and inflamed. Together, they figure out where the opportunities lie and determine small, actionable steps that can be easily applied to her busy lifestyle AND help her make (hopefully fast) progress towards her personal health goals.

Candice Howarth
Her work: Candice works primarily as a personal chef, with her stellar team, delivering nutrient dense, from scratch meals all over the city. She's been personal cheffing for 11 years, and started The SEC (formerly The Holistic Women's Network), in Chicago in 2017, after attending a life changing meeting with The HWN in the Bay Area. Meeting these other self employed women, who are building businesses from the ground up was such a moment of clarity and connection. Creating a community of support, encouragement, resources and meaningful friendships has carried her through the wild rollercoaster of owning and growing a business.
Her clients: Typical clients include people who live alone, and don't love cooking for 1 (or don't love cooking at all!), busy professionals who are looking for something to outsource to make their lives easier, and those with a health-focused reason to shift their diet. Candice loves working with picky eaters, women in the time surrounding pregnancy, and busy individuals and families who are looking to take a little stress off their plate. Her ideal client is anyone who's hoping to eat more nourishing meals, and wants to do so with as little food and packaging waste as possible.
